Scope and parties
These terms are an agreement between tPiy Inc. (“tPiy”, “we”) and the company that holds a tPiy advertiser account (“you”). If a signed agreement or order between you and tPiy says something different on a point, the signed document prevails on that point.
Accounts by invitation
tPiy is a closed network: there is no public sign-up. We open an account after an agreement with our sales team. We accept companies only, not private individuals, because we invoice a company and the company is responsible for its ads.
The account owner can invite colleagues and give them roles. Two-step verification is mandatory for the owner and finance roles. You are responsible for everything done with your account; keep sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
At your request our team can set up and edit campaigns for you; such changes are shown in the campaign history.
Prepaid, non-refundable credit
You pay in advance, in US dollars, by bank transfer to tPiy’s bank account, using the reference code shown in the panel. Card payment may be offered later.
You receive exactly what you pay as credit: paying USD 100,000 gives you USD 100,000 of credit. There is no bonus credit.
Credit is not refundable. It can only be spent on advertising through tPiy and is not paid out — also not when you stop advertising or your account is closed — unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
When your credit runs out, your campaigns pause automatically and resume when new credit arrives. We e-mail you when your credit is running low.
Fixed prices
You buy at fixed prices from our price list: a CPM (price per 1,000 impressions) for each country group, ad type and platform. For a campaign targeted at an audience segment, the list CPM is multiplied by that segment’s multiplier, which is shown in the panel. There is no auction and no bidding: all advertisers pay the same price for the same country group, ad type, platform and audience. We share the current price list on request.
Changes to the price list or to segment multipliers apply only going forward. Each impression is charged at the price that applied when the ad was planned for the game session.
Billing and invoices
You are charged per impression: when an ad is shown, the campaign’s CPM — the list CPM, multiplied by the segment’s multiplier for a segment-targeted campaign — divided by 1,000 is deducted from your credit. Ads that were downloaded but not shown cost nothing, and clicks and installs are not charged separately.
All amounts are in US dollars. Invoices are issued by tPiy in English; you can download invoices and spend statements in your panel.
If an impression is not recorded because of a technical failure on our side, it is not charged.
Budgets and overspend
You set a daily budget and, if you like, a total budget and start and end dates. We never deduct more than your budget or your remaining credit.
Because ads are downloaded to players’ devices in advance, slightly more impressions than your budget can sometimes be shown. Such overspend is absorbed by tPiy and never charged to you.
Targeting and player data
You can target campaigns by country, platform, device type, operating system version, language, connection type and game. For players in personalised mode — players who have actively consented to personalised ads and are not known to be under 18 — you can also target audience segments that tPiy builds, such as payers or highly engaged players, at the segment’s price (section 4). Players known to be under 18 and players of apps directed at children never see ads targeted by segment.
From tPiy you receive no personal data and no identities of players — only aggregated reports. If you give us your measurement partner’s tracking link for an app ad, the tPiy SDK calls it from the player’s device, so your measurement partner receives the player’s IP address and user agent; when this happens is described in section 12. You must not try to identify or re-identify players from reports, clicks or any other data.
Review and going live
Our team reviews every new campaign and creative before it runs. We aim to review on the same business day. Approval and going live can take a few hours — ads do not go live instantly. Once approved, a campaign starts appearing in new game sessions within minutes.
Changing the promoted app or the destination address requires a new review; changes to budget and targeting do not. If we reject a creative, we tell you why.
Creatives must meet the technical requirements shown in the panel. An uploaded file cannot be changed: a changed file is a new creative and is reviewed again.
Ad content policy
tPiy ads appear in games rated for ages 13 and older. Every ad must suit that audience, be honest and be lawful in every country where it is shown. We give each creative a content rating (Everyone, 12+, 16+ or 18+); only Everyone and 12+ ads are shown in Zuuks games.
Not allowed in the ad, the promoted app or the destination page:
- Gambling and betting with real money — casinos, sports betting and lotteries, and games that pay out money, cryptocurrency or prizes of real value.
- Sexual or adult content, nudity, and dating services.
- Alcohol.
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products and their accessories.
- Illegal or recreational drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives, and instructions for making them.
- Political advertising, including ads about elections, referendums, political parties, candidates or legislation.
- Health, medical, diet and weight-loss claims, and prescription medicines.
- Cryptocurrencies, trading, investments, loans and other financial promises.
- Hate speech, discrimination, violence, bullying or shocking content.
- Misleading claims and deceptive design: fake close buttons, fake system or “virus found” warnings, false offers, or game ads showing gameplay that is not in the game.
- Malware, spyware and phishing, and anything that installs software or collects personal data without clear permission.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others.
- Anything illegal in the country where the ad is shown, or unsuitable for players aged 13 and older.
Where a category is restricted only in some countries, we exclude those countries automatically through targeting. We may stop a live ad at once after a complaint or a notice of illegal content.
Your responsibility for your ads
You are responsible for your ads, the promoted apps and the pages they lead to, and for having all rights, licences and permits they need. Our review does not take this responsibility from you.
You must not use tPiy ads to collect personal data from players. If you use your own tracking link (for example from a measurement partner), you are responsible for the data it collects.
You will indemnify tPiy against claims by third parties that arise from your ads, your apps or your destination pages.
Invalid traffic
Invalid traffic — for example bots, emulators, fake or duplicated events, or impressions that break our rules — is not charged. If we detect it after it was charged, we credit the amount back to your credit balance. Credit returned this way is not paid out.
Reporting
Your panel shows impressions, clicks, click-through rate, video completion rate and spend, with breakdowns such as day, campaign, creative, country, platform and game. Figures are compiled hourly and can appear with a delay of a few minutes. You can download reports as CSV files.
If you want to measure installs yourself, you can give us your measurement partner’s tracking link as the click destination. The tPiy SDK calls it in the background only for players in personalised mode, when they tap your app ad or its store page opens by itself. For players in limited mode the link is used only when the store page cannot be opened directly (for example, when you gave us no store address for the app) and a tap opens the link in the browser. Your own measurement will therefore count fewer clicks and installs than actually happen.
Our records are the basis for billing. If you believe a figure is wrong, tell us and we will check it.
Suspension and termination
We may reject or pause campaigns and creatives, or suspend or close your account, if you break these terms or the ad policy, if we receive a notice that an ad is illegal, if we suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. We will tell you what we decided and why, and how you can contest the decision (see our Digital Services Act page).
You can pause your campaigns at any time. Unused credit remains non-refundable, as described in section 3.
Liability
We operate tPiy with care, but we do not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks or installs, or that ads can be delivered at all times: games decide where and how often ads appear, and our inventory is limited.
To the extent the law allows, tPiy is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data, and tPiy’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid to tPiy in the twelve months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Price list changes apply only going forward (section 4).
Governing law and jurisdiction
To be announced The governing law and the competent courts for these terms will be added to this page. Until then, the governing law and courts named in your signed agreement with tPiy apply.
Language
These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails.
